We run the website idemcore.net, the early-access form and the Idemcore API at api.idemcore.net and is responsible for the personal data described here. This policy explains what personal data each of them handles. 2. The website2. Trang web
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or analytics tools. The site stores your language (EN/VI) and theme choice in your browser’s local storage; that never leaves your device. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo, cookie theo dõi hay công cụ phân tích. 3. The early-access (trial) form3. Form đăng ký dùng thử sớm
- What you send: name, email address, company, area of interest and your message (email is required, the rest is optional).Bạn gửi: họ tên, địa chỉ email, công ty, lĩnh vực quan tâm và lời nhắn (email là bắt buộc, còn lại không bắt buộc).
- Recorded with it: page language, the country derived from your connection by Cloudflare, your browser’s user-agent string and the time of submission.Lưu kèm: ngôn ngữ trang, quốc gia do Cloudflare suy ra từ kết nối, chuỗi user-agent của trình duyệt và thời điểm gửi.
- Bot protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. 4. The API4. API
The API is in beta. By default it runs in hash_only mode: your prompts and the model’s answers are processed in memory to produce the response, but are not stored. - In hash_only mode the random salt behind the prompt and output hashes is returned only to you and never stored, so we cannot recover your prompt or answer from a receipt.Ở chế độ hash_only, salt ngẫu nhiên dùng cho hash của prompt và đầu ra chỉ được trả về cho bạn và không bao giờ được lưu, nên chúng tôi không thể khôi phục prompt hay câu trả lời từ receipt.

5. How long we keep data5. Thời gian lưu giữ
- Early-access requests: until handled, or until you ask us to delete them, unless we must keep part longer by law.Yêu cầu dùng thử sớm: cho tới khi xử lý xong, hoặc tới khi bạn yêu cầu xóa, trừ khi luật buộc phải giữ một phần lâu hơn.
- API receipts, hash logs, stored full-mode payloads and audit events: retained per agreement with the customer. These providers process data on our behalf and may do so in several countries. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it. The planned Idemcore browser extension verifies receipts locally in your browser. It collects no data: it does not send receipts, page content, browsing history or identifiers to us or anyone else, and contains no analytics. If a future version ever needs to contact our servers, we will say so here and in the extension before it does.Tiện ích trình duyệt Idemcore đang được lên kế hoạch sẽ kiểm chứng receipt ngay trong trình duyệt của bạn. Traffic is encrypted with TLS. API keys are stored only as hashes. Database access is restricted to the API service, and receipt, log and audit tables cannot be edited after writing. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy.
